New Orleans 1990 – Nola Catering Events was born in the creative mind of fête aficionado, Nick DiGiorgio. His experience is seasoned, savored, and marinated over a lifetime in hospitality — the magic ingredient that translates to guest enjoyment and happiness on the palate.
A native New Orleanian, Nick knows good food. While studying psychology at LSU (Geaux Tigers!), he was unaware the mind-bending culinary productions he’d soon be sharing with the world. Over 30 years in the industry, Nick has orchestrated 100’s of successful events from fancy to funky, foie gras to fried fish. A master of the gala as well as quintessential Louisiana seafood boil, Nick has more than earned his “Crawfish Meister” title in local circles and among contemporaries.
